As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday 7:30 am - 5:15pm

Tuesday 10:30am - 6:15pm

Wednesday 6:30am-2:15pm

Thursday 6:30am-2:15pm

2 Friday's per month 6:30 am - 2:15pm
