What You'll Do

    • The Senior Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope.
    • Needs to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan.
    • Usually, the Senior Client Partner handles a single account or part of a large account, with an indicative annual book of business of up to $30 million
    • A strong background in sales and account management is desired.
    • This position demands an in-depth understanding of the client's business needs and challenges, and the ability to offer proactive solutions.
    • This role requires a high level of client attention and support via various communication methods and may include frequent regular meetings.
What You Know
    • 10+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
    • Significant business development and project management experience
    • Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
    • Track record of interacting and building relationships with different level client contacts
    • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
    • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
    • Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions
    • Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers
    • Global Delivery Model experience
    • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
    • Track record as an Account Manager/Sr. Client Partner in a rapidly growing client relationship
    • Develop strategic plans that align with client priorities and emphasize tools and services that can improve efficiency, streamline processes, or increase profits.
    • Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 10+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
Education
    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Compensation Band
