What You'll Do

  • Achieve individual and branch sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build new relationships and maintain existing ones by guiding customers through the loan process and life cycle.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Present optional insurance products to customers as part of their financial planning.
  • Thoroughly educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loans to ensure complete understanding.
  • Collaborate with local businesses to identify and attract new customers.
  • Learn credit underwriting techniques and how to effectively utilize sales tools.
  • Manage the entire loan life cycle, including collections activities, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Location: On-site position at our branch.

Work schedules are typically Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours required, including occasional Saturdays.
