We are seeking individuals to generate new business production through the sale of Commercial Property & Casualty. If you have an innate drive to win, can manage multiple tasks, desire a profession where your accomplishments can offer unlimited income potential, then you may be a fit for our team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and execute sales strategy.
- Generates and pursues new client opportunities.
- Presents Brown & Brown services at prospect meetings.
- Retains clients by maintaining relationships.
- Works with Account Managers on renewals and escalated client issues.
- Sales Ability - ability to generate prospects and set appointments for new client opportunities.
- Self-motivated independent and possess a high energy level.
- Four Year College Degree pertinent to Insurance industry.
- Property & Casualty License strongly recommended or willing to obtain.
- Customer Service - responds promptly to client needs.
- Team Player - able to effectively work in a team environment.
- Computer Skills - use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Travel required to prospect meetings and industry events.
- Excellent growth and advancement opportunities.
