We are seeking individuals to generate new business production through the sale of Commercial Property & Casualty. If you have an innate drive to win, can manage multiple tasks, desire a profession where your accomplishments can offer unlimited income potential, then you may be a fit for our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and execute sales strategy.
  • Generates and pursues new client opportunities.
  • Presents Brown & Brown services at prospect meetings.
  • Retains clients by maintaining relationships.
  • Works with Account Managers on renewals and escalated client issues.
  • Sales Ability - ability to generate prospects and set appointments for new client opportunities.
  • Self-motivated independent and possess a high energy level.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Four Year College Degree pertinent to Insurance industry.
  • Property & Casualty License strongly recommended or willing to obtain.
  • Customer Service - responds promptly to client needs.
  • Team Player - able to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Computer Skills - use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Travel required to prospect meetings and industry events.
