How a Citrix Administrator will Make an Impact:

  • Assists with other Federal Agencies to help combat crime and resolve complex technical challenges.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Education:

  • BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • CompTIA Security +

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience and deep expertise with systems administration

Required Technical Skills:

  • Windows Server administration
  • Domain/Active Directory administration, DNS, Group Policy Objects, DHCP
  • Update and maintain master VDI Windows images
  • Performs software upgrades, Windows patch installs, firmware upgrades
  • System configuration based on security guidelines such as DISA STIGs and ACAS scans
  • Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVA&D)
  • Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS)
  • Upgrades Citrix based applications and hardware as required
  • Dell Wyse terminal integration
  • Assists with daily operations and maintenance of enterprise Windows-based environments.
  • Provides support with restoration efforts for unplanned system outages and service disruptions
  • Performs incident resolution for Tier 3 requests
  • Document work for leadership, update/create Standard Operating Procedures, and brief staff and customers various tasks

Security Clearance Level:

  • Secret clearance to start; must be able to obtain TS/SCI

Preferred Skills:

  • Citrix NetScaler's; in lieu experience with NLB and F5 will be considered
  • Strong understanding of Citrix Web Application Firewall (WAF)
