This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about community service and Finance. This role will oversee the organization's financial operations, ensuring compliance and providing strategic financial guidance.

What you will be doing:
  • Managing daily financial operations, including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, payroll, and treasury
  • Overseeing accounts receivable and payable functions
  • Ensuring compliance with governmental regulations
  • Forecasting and managing cash flow
  • Providing financial reporting and guidance to program directors and administrative staff
  • Overseeing the budget process and collaborating with program directors and administrative staff
  • Acting as an advisor to management on financial regulations and other impactful matters
  • Supporting and consulting with external accounting services as needed
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience as a Finance Analyst or Finance Manager
  • Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial modeling software, and accounting software
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
