Play lead role as a core member of the Global VIK central team to ensure effective rollout of VIK expansion strategy
Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities, and issues of global VIK delivery functions

Financial Management:

Provide thought leadership and guidance on core process improvements, building efficiencies and streamlining deliverables
As needed, support Senior Director with broader responsibilities around VIK and Advisory Services performance management and other strategic initiatives
Spearhead ad-hoc projects to further improve the overall performance of the team and organization(s)

Business Engagement:
Integration of finance into the business
