Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse:

  • Completed an accredited LPN program
  • Licensure/Certification Required: North Dakota LPN/LVN License or Compact License (NLC)
  • Minimum 2 years experience of prior Post-Acute Care in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.
  • Communicates effectively with all applicable customers and age groups.
  • Works effectively with patients and family, maintains a cooperative working relationship with the medical staff and other members of the health team.
  • Pass a Background check // skill test // drug test
