Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Missouri Slope. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the condition of residents and coordinate their care
  • Supervise and assist with resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and deaths
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and according to facility policy and procedure
  • Monitor residents' nutritional status and communicate with attending physicians regarding changes in condition
  • Supervise and direct Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) on the assigned unit
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure
  • Completed educational and testing requirements for licensure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
