We seek an experienced and highly resourceful Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Sr. Director of Go-to-Market Strategy with a strong background in content development and sales enablement. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling product narratives, developing high-impact marketing materials, conducting market research to inform our go-to-market, and supporting our sales team with presentations, tools, and strategies that drive growth and success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, customer success, and sales, to ensure our products are positioned effectively in the market and resonate with our target audience.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Product GTM: Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive product launches, working closely with product management and sales to ensure successful go-to-market strategies aligned to market opportunity. Develop compelling positioning informed by market insights, and create launch materials, including launch decks, and promotional content. Define audience, messaging, and packaging strategies for new products and features.
  • Content Development: Create and manage various marketing assets, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and website content that communicate the value and benefits of our products. Develop visually appealing and impactful materials that align with our brand identity and effectively convey our product messaging.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales and customer success team with the tools they need to succeed, including presentations, battle cards, product sheets, and competitive analysis. Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure the team is well-versed in product features and value propositions to grow existing and new businesses.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze market opportunities and use insights to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing demand generation, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product goals, customer needs, revenue growth targets, and marketing strategies.
Skills/Abilities/Experience:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with impactful presentations, tools, and enablement strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while being proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a collaborative team.
  • Experience structuring and solving problems, and gathering stakeholder alignment.
Minium Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing for a B2B technology company
  • 1+ years working in the health tech industry, with exposure to the payer market
  • Proven expertise in content development, presentation, and marketing asset design, with a portfolio of work demonstrating your ability to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Experience with customer, market, and competitive research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy
  • Proven ability for working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with marketing design tools with expertise in PowerPoint and proficiency in Adobe InDesign
