Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Design and architect customized solutions that meet client needs and integrate with existing systems.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Develop proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations and prototypes to validate solution concepts and feasibility.
  • Support the implementation and deployment of solutions, including configuration, integration, and testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during solution implementation and adoption.
  • Document technical specifications, solution architectures, and deployment guides.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve solution design and delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with designing and implementing technical solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and API integrations.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and services.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
