Responsibilities:

  • Engage with structured settlement recipients, helping them unlock the full value of their future payments.
  • Utilize your sales prowess to reach out to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our financial solutions and turning prospects into partners.
  • Tailor financial strategies to meet each client's unique needs, ensuring a personalized and impactful experience.
  • Dive into the details, from planning and negotiation to closing deals seamlessly, ensuring compliance and accuracy every step of the way.
  • Be the architect of your success by using the companies large database to farm leads and create a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team leads and managers to optimize strategies.

Your Skills:

  • Bring your 1+ years of inside sales experience and let your communication and relationship-building skills shine.
  • Showcase your business acumen and sales expertise, coupled with a knack for negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will set you apart, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

  • Enjoy a competitive base salary of $50,000, complemented by a comprehensive commission plan that rewards your achievements.
  • Achieve On Target Earnings (OTE) between $75,000 to $85,000 in your first year, with potential for six figures after the ramp-up period.
