Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to simplify the communication needs of strategic enterprise clients. Join us to support client growth and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete a 12-week paid sales training program
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to analyze client needs
- Identify growth opportunities and increase service levels for assigned accounts
- Create and present client recommendations
- Qualify new leads and request site surveys
- Collaborate with business services support groups to enhance client experience
Requirements:
- Three or more years of sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WAN, and fiber connected networks
- Strong networking, relationship building, and negotiation skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in B2B sales
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
