Your outgoing personality and persuasive skills will help you build strong relationships with clients, identify new investment opportunities, and negotiate deals that benefit all parties. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to connect with potential investors. • Conduct research and analysis on market trends and investment opportunities. • Present investment opportunities to investors and negotiate deals. • Leverage your enthusiasm and creativity to excite investors and build trust. • Collaborate with Account Executives and Closing Managers to achieve results. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Creative and innovative thinker. • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Bonus Points: • Experience in the real estate industry. • Proficiency with CRM software. • Experience in lead generation and prospecting. • Strong account management skills. • Fluency in Spanish. Compensation: $125,000+
