We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As aMill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for: Runningbatches of ink at proper mill settings Packagingfinished product in various containers and applying labels Cleaning and maintaining machines to TPM Standards Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities Weigh-Up Batches: Following proper process order of addition.Shifting between auto and manual steps Mix Batch: Dischargingpigment and operatingmixer safely; following and adheringto all INX Mixer SOP's Hockmeyer mill operation: Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipmenteffectiveness) standards Creatingand maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times Canning Operatingthe following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift Acting as a QC liaison, providingink samples, makingink adjustments, and recording data Completingscheduled maintenanceand utilizing troubleshooting procedures. Helping with repacks Hourly Rate $19-$22 USD depending on experience.
