Job Title: Customer Engineer City: La Grange Key Job Elements: • Recognize, analyze, and resolve technical problems involving Progress Rail products; • Coordinate service activities necessary to resolve problems or monitor product performance at Progress Rail or on customer property; • Communicate status of product performance and problem resolution to Progress Rail management and field personnel; • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive problems to solutions through our Continuous Product Improvement process; • Analyze warranty data to spot failure trends.
