Hourly Rate: Market Rate
Job Type: Contract (1 year)
Provides application software and business functional position, serves as the subject matter expert for the business process analysis, process definition and changes to procure-to-pay functions. Is the liaison to the Information Technology (IT) team for applications that impact internal and external users, for both technical and business functional issues. Works extensively with use of the Procurement ERP application modules and third-party support applications.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ERP configuration and customization
- Responsible for discussing architecture and solution options, recommendations, and implications with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for creating functional process/solution documents describing business processes and user needs.
- Ensure system changes support the company's business strategy and desired business outcomes.
- Keep up to date with technological changes, system updates, new functionality and evaluate their advantage and disadvantages.
- Ensure a holistic information architecture and master data structure
- 3+ years of Procurement experience
- 3+ years of Peoplesoft ERP experience
- Ability to evaluate and make recommendations to systems as needed
- Provide support to non-technical users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Other duties as assigned
