Administrative Assistant II

Our client, a dynamic organization in the logistics industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $16.40?per hour
What's the Job?

Planning and coordinating meeting arrangements, including travel and lodging.

Managing calendars for meetings and events for managers and the department.

Composing and producing documents while maintaining relevant databases and records.

Researching, analyzing, and summarizing data for reports independently.

Answering phones, routing callers, and responding to inquiries professionally.
What's Needed?

High School Education or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of 1 year?of administrative support experience preferred.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
