Job Summary:The HVAC Service Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in HVAC services who can develop sales strategies, close deals, and maintain lasting partnerships. If you have a passion for sales and technical expertise in HVAC, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company that values performance and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow HVAC service accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate client needs and provide solutions for HVAC service contracts and preventative maintenance plans.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless execution of contracts and projects.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on service contracts and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, solutions, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of HVAC service sales experience preferred.
