Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot/repair HVAC equipment in a timely and quality manner.
- Continued technical training to meet the responsibilities of a technician, including classroom, on-the-job training, and personal studies.
- Demonstrate capability of handling a heavy workload of calls and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Promote new business by reporting leads and exercise effective communication with customers and co-workers.
- Build rapport and positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and other outside contacts.
- Fully utilize technology to enhance performance and work with other technicians to share knowledge and experience.
- Two-Year Technical Degree or 4 – year apprenticeship from accredited HVAC institution with 1 to 2 years of experience, HVAC Certificate from accredited HVAC institution with 3 to 4 years of experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Organization and time management skills, problem-solving skills, and extensive knowledge of safe work habits.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
