Orgro is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to support the PMO of the DCAS program. This self-motivated and passionate individual will play a crucial role in ensuring critical milestones are met and obstacles are overcome with innovative solutions.

The Role

Orgro and our partner prime contractor are seeking a Product Specialist/Subject Matter Expert in Maximo to support The US Navy in their efforts to design, configure, customize, and implement a stronger technical solution and identify areas of concern for Maximo Cloud Systems.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of Maximo implementation, from design and configuration to customization and support after the solution goes live

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert knowledge in support of the Maximo Cloud system in a technical & functional role
  • Leading development of Cognos Reports to provide data visualization
  • Supporting the administration and management of Maximo Cloud software
  • Collaborating with other ETS technical teams to analyze business requirements, design system architecture, plan and implement system configurations and upgrades, and validate changes
  • Leading, mentoring, training, and collaborating with other system administrators, software developers, architects, testers, analysts, and business partners in order to build stronger technical solutions and identify areas of concern for Maximo Cloud Systems
  • Installing and configuring Maximo and WebSphere solutions on Amazon Web Services Virtual Private Cloud
  • Continuing to enhance the Maximo tool with inspections, inventory, and other unique configurations
  • Leading project management documentation for Maximo Cloud systems by creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, status reports, and incident logs utilizing software and project management applications
  • Participate in onsite planning, testing, user training, go-live support, and other activities
  • Own the product development backlog; continuously maintain and ensure that the agreed scope is always ready to move into development
Qualifications
  • Asset Management experience as well as direct asset management experience to develop, maintain, guide, influence, and articulate a multi-year strategic roadmap that brings new features and values to Maximo functionality
  • Experience or stated willingness to be proficient with GitLab, MS Project, MS Office products, etc.
  • Articulate & consume technical information to/from developers, architects, & functional experts
  • Ability to manage & oversee multiple simultaneous projects within the asset management space
