Delivers strategies and uses equipment, materials, and technologies to accomplish individual student objectives, in accordance with the IEP and WBLP guidelines. Accurately monitors, records, and reports the progress of each student, as directed through the use of WBLP tools, such as, but not limited to, task analysis, observational data, rubrics, graphs, and narratives. Follows itinerant daily scheduling of students. Exercises objective and prudent judgment in making decisions and considering alternatives in making decisions. Communicates consistently with the Supervisor and/or WBLP teachers regarding pertinent information about concerns regarding schedules, sites, students, parents, and teachers. Serves as an employer liaison, maintaining a positive and respectful work relationship with work site staff, supervisors, and other program staff, treating each equitably and professionally. Assists in developing business sites, including researching available and appropriate job sites, making initial business contacts, distributing program information, and getting contracts signed.
