Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, innovative, and dependable Senior Fitness Coach to become a vital part of the Maxx Fitness Clubs family. This role is ideal for an individual eager to make a meaningful contribution in a vibrant and expanding organization.

As a valued member of the Maxx Fitness Clubs, you will enjoy:

  • A highly competitive bonus structure
  • Base compensation ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, in addition to commission
  • Salary based on your level of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance growth and profitability through effective personal training sales and oversight. This role requires the selected candidate to conduct their own training sessions.
  • Ensure impeccable implementation of departmental best practices related to personal trainers and clientele.
  • Co-facilitate the professional advancement of the personal training team.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in personal training
  • Proven track record in managing and expanding a personal training clientele
  • Demonstrated capability to drive sales both personally and in collaboration with membership personnel
  • Proven ability to meet financial targets and objectives
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and approachable, with a strong passion for and knowledge of the fitness industry.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, organizational, and follow-up abilities
  • At least 2 current national personal training certifications
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time throughout the workday.
