The HR Recruiter provides support and direct supervision of recruitment activities. This individual will focus on attracting and hiring top talent for the organization in collaboration with hiring managers, while taking the lead in the recruitment process. Responsibilities include employing creative recruiting methods to find active and passive job seekers, evaluating candidates, managing the selection process, and executing the onboarding process. It is essential that the Internal Recruiter be flexible with their time, which may occasionally require availability during non-traditional work hours, such as evenings and weekends. Position includes a bonus structure. Must reside in the greater Phoenix/Tri-Valley area (AZ). CPR is committed to making diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging integral to our daily operations.   • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to independently solve recruitment-related challenges and work effectively within a multidisciplinary HR team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to engage with active and passive candidates.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Administrative Duties:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs).
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and interview processes.
  • Partner with HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Promote and implement strategies to enhance the diversity of our workforce.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are inclusive and free from bias.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent, via LinkedIn and other available tools.
  • Participate in and organize career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Oversee schedules, timecards, and appropriate staffing within the recruitment team.
  • Incorporate company policies and changes into the recruitment processes.
  • Contact the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners to verify that any clinician being recruited has a current, active and unblemished license.
  • Meet regularly with the HR Director and other managers to review and develop departmental improvements and changes.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within an internal or corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Other Items:
  • Must comply with training and supervision requirements during the first 90 days of employment, and throughout employment.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance must be maintained at all times.
  • Must maintain current CPR/First Aid card and bi-annual TB test.
  • All expirables to be renewed and submitted 30 days prior to expiration date.
