St. Joseph Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Per Diem Nuc Med Tech to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will:
- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic studies, under the supervision of a qualified physician.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and operate imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and optimal image quality.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

QualificationsEducation/Experience:
Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program resulting in an associate's degree or bachelor’s degree.
License/Certification:
- Washington State certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) (N).
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
