As a Per Diem Nuclear Medicine Technologist at St. Joseph Medical Center, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and utilizing cutting-edge technology. In this role, you'll perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic studies, under the supervision of a qualified physician. You'll administer radiopharmaceuticals and operate imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and optimal image quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic studies.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and operate imaging equipment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program.
  • Washington State certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) (N) certification.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
