Membership Sales Project Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities Call existing members to solicit deposits, deposit extensions and other marketing campaigns as assigned. Renews memberships and is responsible for meeting all departmental goals and standards. Performs all necessary duties to process membership renewals, upgrades, and reinstatement of delinquent membership duties such as sending out letters, etc. Answers questions on all Interval International products and exchanges. Meets weekly sales goals based upon assigned campaigns and Incentive program standards. Maintains a minimum of 90% performance on call monitoring. Performs other related duties as required. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills Must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in either, Exchange, Customer Relations, Membership Sales, or equivalent. Must possess general knowledge of all departmental procedures and related areas. Must be computer literate. Must be able to remain calm and courteous in emotionally charged or stressful situations. Must possess excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Must possess excellent sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to organize, set priorities, manage time, and meet deadlines. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. Must possess the ability to create accurate, error-free work. Must be able to work weekends. Must possess a clear speaking voice, and excellent telephone etiquette. Must have a strong command of the English language. Other languages a plus. Must be able to work Overtime when needed. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, sitting, manual dexterity (e.g. writing, typing, handling), operation of automated equipment (i.e., computer, printer, copier).
