Join our dynamic team of IT support specialists in the insurance industry. Our team supports various internal client services to provide technical assistance to the client's employees, agents, and contractors.
Required Skills -
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Experience with ServiceNow IT support ticketing system.
Troubleshooting a wide range of IT support needs.
Job Duties -
Receiving support requests via phone calls.
Opening support tickets within the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Troubleshooting a wide range of IT support needs.
Documenting issues.
Completing required support work.
Updating and closing out tickets.
Job Requirements -
High efficiency and work ethic required.
Experience with Windows 10 operating system and Microsoft Office products.
Experience with any ticketing system is required, and with ServiceNow is a great positive.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain high levels of client trust and confidence."
Desired Skills & Experience -
College degree preferred.
Previous experience within an IT service desk.
Job requires outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve issues are key to success in this role.
Candidates should be able to work quickly through repetitive calls around the various technology subjects.

Projected Start Date - October 14, 2024
Projected End Date - Sep 26, 2025
Expected Employment Duration - 1 year with extensions based on MSA
Employee Types - US Citizen
Independent Contractor (IC) 1099
W2 Pay Rate - $18-20/hr
