Encompass Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse for full-time and PRN positions, offering day and night shifts. The hourly rate ranges from $28.75 - $36.85, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions. Nurses with years of experience and applicable certifications will receive compensation based on their qualifications, along with generous shift differentials.
