Job Description
Purpose: The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator handles the day-to-day administration, configuration, and customization activities within the CRM system. This role is a key member of the systems team responsible for managing software systems and applications within the organization.
We use HubSpot as our Customer Relationship Management system where we store up to date records of our customers, communications, and other data needed for the smooth functioning of our organization. The CRM administrator's duties include and are not limited to managing properties, reports, and automation (workflows).
This role requires frequent collaboration with other business teams that use the HubSpot system within Lingraphica. The CRM Administrator manages their tasks in a ticketing system within HubSpot along with their teammates.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for configuring the CRM system to meet business requirements, by collaborating with decision-makers and stakeholders across various departments.
- Responsible for managing the HubSpot CRM system, utilizing Sales, Service and Operations Hubs
- Manage all CRM features related to the Hubs listed above, including (but not limited to) objects, pipelines, properties, workflows, lists, reports & dashboards, and user settings
- Responsible for ensuring the integrity of data within the CRM by performing routine audit tasks and implementing processes and tools.
- Handle initial investigations on issues pertaining to CRM properties, workflows, reports, etc. while collaborating with our internal engineering team to resolve bigger issues.
- Accountable for keeping first response time and average close time Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for their tasks, as measured in the ticketing system.
- Plays a key role in setting up internal documentation and training for effective use of the CRM system within Lingraphica.

- Exemplary interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate (both verbally and written) with diverse backgrounds and various levels in the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Functions at an elevated level with little operational oversight
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A creative, flexible, and innovative team player and problem solver
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical field or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of experience required in managing the Customer Relationship Management system, HubSpot

Work Environment & Physical Demands
May work remotely or in the Princeton, NJ office.
The work environment is that of a typical office environment. Noise level is low to moderate
Work-from-home: Incumbent works from home and is expected to keep a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access
Travel
Travel to Lingraphica's home office in NJ and to cities within the continental United States for company related meetings or conferences may be required 2 times per year.
