Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team at On Target Executive Search. As a key member of our financial planning office, you will provide administrative and operational support to our advisors, helping clients achieve their financial goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist advisors with daily activities, including maintaining calendars, preparing correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Interact with clients in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Prepare and review new account paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Facilitate and resolve client service requests, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Apply a working knowledge of operations/client-service processes, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Work independently, effectively, and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Ensure paperwork is prepared and provided for all client meetings, maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Maintain administrative functions of the office, including office supplies and mail, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • At least two (2) years of financial services/insurance experience, with a strong understanding of industry processes and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of comfort managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Committed to providing exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong character and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
