Job Description 

Immediate Hire Potential for Onsite Fort Irwin Candidates

SYNCADD Systems Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join in supporting real property portfolio management at Fort Irwin, CA. The Business Analyst will review existing documentation and program procedures to analyze and evaluate facility reporting, management, requirements, and validation requirements related to Army facilities management. The ideal candidate should be a detail oriented, fast learner able to approach the many variables in a methodical process-based perspective.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • On-site full-time support at Fort Irwin, CA
  • Data entry and review of Real Property workflows/processes (training provided)
  • Perform QA/QC on documentation 
  • Communicate status and needs and coordinate support
  • Enforce process and standards adherence
  • Assist with data collection and sustainment

Required Skill and/or Experience:   

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be capable of passing a DoD background check for a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Problem solving skills and possess strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task to efficiently meet deadlines with quality work  
  • Customer oriented, motivated, and able to function as part of a team  
  • Must offer experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Skill and Experience 

  • Prior experience within Army DPW Organization Prior knowledge of Army GFEBS
  • Prior military service is a plus
  • Possess strong professional oral and written communication skills 
  • Problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions

Job Profile

This job is a full-time position based on contract deliverables. Veterans are encouraged to apply. The candidate must be capable of attaining necessary security clearances.
