Job Title: Quality Inspector (2nd shift)

Job Description

This candidate is under the title of Layout technician and will be responsible for performing precision dimensional measurements, including layouts for new products, PPAP packages, prototype, and engineering changes. Performs statistical testing to determine capability, repeatability, and acceptability of product. Candidates must demonstrate ability to:

  • Determine part acceptability of complex layouts through an accurate and detailed layout using CMM and other advanced measurement systems.

  • Ability to program CMM, Smart Scope, Keyence, Creaform 3D Scanner and other advanced measurement systems.

-Perform required statistical analysis of data obtained from product samples.

SHIFT:

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm

Will train on 1st shift

MUST HAVES:

  • 2-3 years as quality inspector

  • experience using micrometers and calipers

  • GED or HS Diploma

  • Ability to read Blueprints and GD&T

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean and organized environment, specifically in the work room for the Quality Department.
