Performing inspections of electronic products, systems and components to ensure they meet specified standards.
Testing products using appropriate instruments, tools and equipment.
Documenting and reporting inspection results and maintaining records of inspection and test data.
Identifying and segregating non-conforming components or products.
Assisting in corrective actions to rectify any defects or non-conformities identified during inspections.
Assisting in failure analysis and determining the cause of failures in electronic components or products.
Collaborating with production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Assisting in the development and refinement of quality control methods and procedures.
Training and guiding other staff members about quality control and safety standards.
Inspect electronic components, assemblies, and systems for defects and functionality.
Document and report inspection findings and results.
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
Conduct and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
Assess customer requirements and ensure that these are met.
Recommend changes in standards, methodologies, and procedures based on inspection results.

Qualifications
Proven work experience as an Electronic Quality Control Inspector or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
Working knowledge of electronic systems and components.
Experience with reporting and recordkeeping.
Attention to detail.
Good analytical skills.
High school diploma, Further certification in Quality Control or relevant field is a plus.
IPC 610 and J-STD 600 training preferred.
AOI experience preferred.
Knowledge of interpreting drawings to perform first piece inspections and assist with AS9102 First Article Inspections.
Knowledge of AS9100D standards preferred.
