Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Platform Support Team (PST) Special Projects Lead to support our DOS contract CONUS and abroad. This position will be on site in Washington, DC with opportunities to travel OCONUS on short-term TDY.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Organize ongoing projects across the PST including the development of materials to track progress, metrics, and curate briefing materials for senior leadership and the interagency
  • Work across CARE to identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies that can be supported by the PST
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization to enhance case management capabilities
  • Mentor and guide team members in process analysis and design
  • Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
  • Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team
  • Coordinate with technical experts concerning strategies and technical aspects of application migrations
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or Higher
  • Working knowledge and experience with application development and migration strategies
  • Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of the internal customers and senior management
  • Excellent verbal, oral, and written communications skills
  • Briefing Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of client side and service side Scripting
  • Experience using Workflows
  • Hands-on experience moving update sets
  • Must be a self-starter
