What You'll Do:

The marketing team is responsible for the messaging positioning, and promotion of Rhoads Online to potential clients, potential employees, press, industry analysts and influencers. As a global team, marketing works across the organization and offices to ensure the company meets growth goals and educates the marketplace.

As we look to write the next chapter of the company's growth, Rhoads Online is looking for a marketing professional to create, manage and optimize ABM and digital marketing efforts in order to drive opportunities to expand in key verticals. This experienced marketer owns the tactics to build lead pipeline and will be responsible for optimizing campaigns and the tools that drive growth.

YOU WILL OWN & COLLABORATE ON:
Developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
  • Building and optimizing, PPC, search, display and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • Driving qualified leads and support the BD team with a robust pipeline.
  • Executing sophisticated lead nurture campaigns within Salesforce.
  • Creating and maintaining marketing dashboards, lead scoring, and reports that clearly communicate performance.
  • Ensuring data integrity by coordinating across teams, including BD and customer-facing teams.
  • Researching solutions to identify new opportunities to improve our marketing stack and approach.
  • Collaborate with Design and Brand/Comms on website, including A/B tests to drive higher conversions.
  • Create impactful ABM nurture campaigns for our targeted accounts (includes building website landing pages, writing emails, developing ads (PPC, search, display, social), and SEO strategy).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED:

At least 3 years of experience in Account Based Marketing, B2B demand gen, marketing automation, paid advertising, and marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to leverage new marketing technologies to support sophisticated lead gen campaigns that drive results.
  • Experience building marketing analytics reports and sales and marketing dashboards in one or more software programs.
  • Deep experience optimizing a marketing funnel and understands the impact and dependencies of content, paid media, sales, SEM, and SEO.
  • Experience in driving real marketing results for a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Experience in Salesforce
