Join us in enhancing our New Colleague Onboarding Experience @ Hartford Healthcare This role’s primary goal is to deliver a smooth and seamless new colleague experience. Customer service with a smile mandatory You will seamlessly and virtually be capturing critical and confidential employment requirements for all new candidates joining our team. This position will be leveraging our virtual technology to interact with Hartford Healthcare new hires. The core function will be scheduling appointments and virtually meeting with new hires to complete the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Form I-9 to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals being hired. While previous Human Resource experience is a plus, it is not a requirement as we will train all candidates on this crucial and secure aspect of the onboarding process. _Experience:_ · Exemplary customer service and communication skills. · Minimum of 1 year of administrative, or equivalent experience required. · Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify requirements and high volume, transaction and time-sensitive processing a plus · Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) required We take great care of careers.
