In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales activities from proposal generation to customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales activities from start to finish, including:
  • Contract Management: This role is key in supporting the review, execution, and adherence to contracts, ensuring all terms and customer requirements are met.
  • Project Management Support: The Sales Operations Administrator plays a vital role in initiating, planning, and monitoring projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project scope.
  • Customer Communication & Documentation: This role bridges the gap between customers and internal teams, handling communication, reports, and documentation to keep everyone informed.
  • Technical Proficiency & System Management: Strong understanding of internal systems are crucial for data management, reporting, and overall project success.
We're looking for someone with:
  • 1+ years of Sales/Contract Administration or relevant experience.
  • Experience creating quotes/purchase orders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks and Salesforce.
  • Experience with government contracts is a plus.
  • A passion for accuracy and detail.
  • Associates Degree (preferred).
