Position: The Marketing Specialist will drive growth in current and new markets by analyzing opportunities, tracking performance and trends, conducting market analysis, and implementing strategies to boost revenue and profitability. Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights, drive strategic marketing decisions, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to oversee nationwide and market-specific profitability, including some financial and marketing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Analyze historical data to inform marketing strategies, and conduct market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop business cases for new marketing initiatives, including market entry strategies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments, while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of these initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and adjust marketing performance metrics, optimizing budget allocation to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize data analytics to track, assess, and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Innovate with marketing tactics, experimenting with new approaches to accelerate revenue growth and stay ahead in the market.
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in growth marketing, market expansion strategy, brand awareness, and/or event planning, ideally in a start-up environment
  • Able to work on-site in Clayton, MO.
  • Ability to develop actionable plans to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, positive and people-oriented attitude
  • Skilled in analysis and strategic translation with a strong grasp of business fundamentals, including market dynamics and competitive positioning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
