Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop orders. Ability to follow and give written and verbal instructions. Basic shop math including measuring ratios by weight and volume. Must be able and willing to work in and promote a team environment. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 1 years of prior related experience. Min. 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment using hand tools, performing assembly and/or repair work. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products.
