Contract Duration:
6 Months

Shift Availability:
Candidates must be flexible to work either 1st or 2nd shift. 1st shift operates from 6:45 am to 3:30 pm, while 2nd shift runs from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. We are seeking at least 2-3 individuals for the 2nd shift, with the remainder for the 1st shift.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct machine setup, machining, welding setup, and welding tasks.
- Perform sheet metal fabrication, extrusion, and tube bending.
- Execute composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks.
- Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
- Repair, modify, and install various power plants and drive trains.
- Solder electronic and avionics products.
- Assemble and install wire harnesses and avionics systems.
- Prepare test articles, fixtures, and data collection devices for various testing procedures.
- Conduct basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation.
- Apply routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and aesthetic requirements.
- Work on moderately complex articles using established drawings and specifications.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer navigation and usage.
- Familiarity with hand tools is required.
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude towards work.
- Engage in the assembly of critical components utilizing advanced technology.

Education / Experience:
- Education and experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., high school diploma or GED).
