Once the initial training program is complete, team members receive an opportunity to use leverage their skills and bring value to live projects. O2A Program Graduates grow their careers as a member of GalaxE's GxCore project delivery teams.

The initial training focus for this position is to enable trainees to provide technical help to users of an organization, respond to inquiries, evaluate and resolve issues relating to IT equipment and applications.

O2A Trainees must possess the attitude, aptitude, and drive to be successful in a career in technology. While no college degree or work experience is required, qualified applicants must possess the following qualifications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for learning new technology and expressing ideas
  • Desire to work as part of a team in the IT field
  • Desire for professional and personal growth through training, coaching, and feedback
  • Self-starter motivation

Prior academic or work experience with the skills below is desired.
