Job Description

Join our team to assist in mechanical and electrical builds of customer products. This role involves reading and understanding wiring schematics and diagrams for point-to-point wiring. You will be responsible for crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing electrical harnesses and sub-assemblies. Your tasks will include electrical and mechanical assembly, panel wiring while adhering to safety, quality, and customer specifications. You will assemble finished units per customer specifications, perform part replacement, resolve routine issues, and ensure your assigned area remains clean and organized. Additionally, you will comply with all company security policies and may be involved in coordinating tasks with teammates and keeping inventory personnel informed about spare parts inventory.

Hard Skills

  • Ability to read/understand wiring schematics and diagrams

  • Experience with crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing electrical harness and sub-assemblies

  • Proficiency in using tools like voltmeter and ohmmeter for testing wiring

  • Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions, including visual aids, diagrams, and schematics

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Memphis, Tennessee.

Work Environment

This role operates in a clean, temperature-controlled environment with large working areas across 25 cell stations. Teams consist of 5-7 technicians per work cell. Working hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime including Saturdays and extended hours as needed. The environment promotes teamwork and provides all necessary tools and materials.

Pay - $28-30/hr
