A great resident experience needs more than digital rent payment and maintenance requests. Venn's platform provides a Resident-facing app that combines better property management features like single-tap rent payment and real-time maintenance requests with meaningful ways to connect with neighbors and the neighborhood; an Experience Hub enabling property managers a single view of all resident behaviors with insights on personalized actions that can promote retention and renewal; and our Venn Experts Team, the human face of our platform, trained experts that work closely with property management teams to transform the living experience and the business through real connections.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with at least 2-3 years of Solutions Consultant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a technical mindset, a diverse skill set, and the ability to handle technical conversations and product demonstrations effectively. This role involves collaborating with various departments, handling client interactions, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Venn's products, their functionalities and their applications to effectively illustrate value to prospective customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their needs.
  • Conduct product demos showcasing the value proposition of Venn's solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Create strategic game plans to approach customer conversations, taking initiative to problem solve and find solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver cohesive and creative solutions.
  • Drive the evolution of the business unit's documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years previous Solutions Consultant experience in B2B SaaS companies, managing technical software demos
  • Experience in the multifamily industry is preferred.
  • Effective and top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of comfort connecting with and speaking with stakeholders at all levels, from technical roles to C-suite executives.
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to create and manage business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and highly collaboratively across departments.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, CRM systems, and understanding of product integrations.
  • Available to travel 25 - 35%

We are looking for NYC-based candidates for this role, who will be open to coming in to our office on a hybrid schedule. For New York-based candidates, this position has an estimated annual salary range of $115,000 to 140,000, plus commission, benefits and opportunities for equity. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications.
