Our agency client is seeking a Digital Project Manager to fill in for a medical leave starting August 1st This project manager will oversee production resources, processes and schedules for marketing campaigns (mainly Emails) across internal and external groups. This is an extremely fast-paced environment, so this project manager needs to ensure on-time and accurate completion of projects from creative brief thru completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as primary Marketing and Creative point-of-contact for integrated, multichannel marketing, branding and product initiatives for Marketing and Product teams.
- Partner with Marketing/Product teams, Content Strategy, Creative Directors, and Lead Developers to assess marketing needs, develop strategy and coordinate resources.
- Lead daily program stand-ups and status.
- Serves as first-line point of escalation for client concerns and demonstrates a clear understanding of when escalation is appropriate.
- Experience balancing multiple projects, prioritizing responsibilities, and meeting deadlines.
- Provide Creative Services teams with appropriate insight into client's strategic business and branding initiatives.
- Attend and set relevant client meetings, bringing in appropriate resources from Creative Services as needed.
- Work with clients and project managers, creative resources and stakeholders to set project milestones, create project estimates and track schedules
- Ensure all deliverable deadlines are met for all deliverables across the program.
- Monitor and report on program budgets for accuracy and timeliness
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience inmarketing and/or advertising, with a focus on integrated marketing programs, strategic planning, and marketing metrics
- Adept at managing digital marketing communication programs and product launches from strategy to delivery
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your cross functional team members, clients and creative partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent supervisory, organizational, computer, written and verbal skills.
- Ability to create and work with cross-functional and/or distributed "virtual" teams.
- Strong commitment to ensuring quality and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.
- Project Management software: Must have some experience or familiarity with Wrike
