Electrical Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams on large electrical projects
  • Develop and build strong teams for each project
  • Work with upper management and Senior PM to ensure job safety and completion
  • Drive division profitability through effective project execution
  • Develop and lead project management technical and schedule goals
  • Evaluate and continually improve systems and processes used by the department
  • Review contractual requirements for all projects
  • Ensure schedule requirements are met for all projects
  • Interact with customers to validate expectations
  • Manage project review process with emphasis on financial forecasting
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in electrical projects
  • Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects
  • Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio
  • Exceptional initiative, execution, and communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills
