Job Title: B2B Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

AireSpring is seeking a highly skilled B2B Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of B2B digital marketing channels and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing, LinkedIn and Twitter, SEO, PPC, Google ads, and display advertising.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure B2B campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity.
  • Create and maintain content calendars for LinkedIn social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and content creation in conjunction with marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to develop engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines and has current information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing; digital marketing certificate
  • Knowledge of B2B digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as ZoHo or Salesforce.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with indirect/channel sales is a plus.
