JOB SUMMARY
The ONE/SIZE E-Commerce & Digital Marketing team is growing. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and execution of all digital marketing opportunities that will be driving to our D2C site and supporting our paid social program. The core areas of this role will be the day-to-day management and optimization of paid social channels that drive to our D2C site. This position will also provide TikTok Affiliate outreach on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in support of all digital activations.

The role will report into the Sr. Paid Social Marketing Manager and will work closely with them to enhance and optimize the strategy for overall growth of the entire paid social program that involves driving new customer acquisition.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• TikTok Affiliate outreach and support.
• TikTok Affiliate community management.
• Creative sourcing for all media channels.
• Creative briefing for all media channels.
• Digital social support for all applicable channels.
• Create reports speaking to digital media benchmarks & KPIs within Canva.
• Support paid media lead with all campaign outreach and response tracking.
• Flexible schedule requested for promotional and sale periods as weekend and evening optimizations are needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Paid Media or Digital Media Buying experience.
• Self-starter, self-motivated.
• Critical, forward thinker in terms of the digital landscape.
• Highly analytical, data-driven individual.
• Proactive, creative thinker.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficiency in handling large volumes of data and creating reports via Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized and must be able to multi-task.
• Shopify Experience is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Lifting: Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Reaching: Extending hands and arms in any direction.
• Sitting: Must be able to remain in seated, stationary position throughout workday.
