Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and engage with the online community.
  • Help with the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools and strategies.
  • Support the creation of visual content, including graphics and videos, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Assist with managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new social media strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media and digital marketing with a solid understanding of various social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous internship or work experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
