The Manager, Demand Generation leads strategy development for top-of-funnel activities, including the creation and execution of lead gen programs that influence revenue. This critical position is responsible for driving traffic to RRD.com and marketing qualified lead (MQL) generation strategies. As a key player on the marketing leadership team, success in this role is measured by lead volume, lead quality, opportunity value, conversion rates, effectiveness of automated routing and handoff to sales.

Responsibilities: ● Clearly articulate RRD’s mission, brand promise, segment strategy and solutions - offering an in- depth knowledge of the company’s value proposition and how it relates to go-to-market strategy ● Optimize and execute strategy for management and handoff of MQLs to sales ● Partner with marketing automation and CRM on lead workflow and work to optimize lead scoring, grading and automated routing and follow up ● Responsible for developing and executing integrated, targeted demand generation and that builds a pipeline of marketing qualified leads. ● Conceptualize and implement a mix of strategies, channels and tactics to generate demand and deliver qualified leads and track impact on strategic priorities ● Create and manage strategic campaigns in collaboration with multiple business unit leaders and sales teams with tactics that align to service lines and key growth areas ● Understand the target audience and support the development of buyer personas, journeys, and segmentation strategies for each business unit ● Serve as an expert on marketing strategy that supports multiple levels of the organization: company, segment, business unit and service line ● Track significant client success stories, new client wins and partnership activities ● Solicit feedback from business unit leadership, sales teams and marketing strategists ● Stay current on market trends, influencer perspectives, analyst reports and competitive landscape ● Tell the story behind successful marketing programs, both how and why ● Provide reports that measure performance, outlining top-of-the-funnel growth, multi-touch attribution, program cost and ROI, progress on planned initiatives and leadership satisfaction ● Lead QBRs (quarterly business reviews) on MQL program performance with leadership

Requirements: ● Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, B2B preferred ● Excellent organizational, project management, verbal and written communication skills ● Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills ● Strong presentation skills, both in design and delivery ● High sense of urgency and attention to detail ● Proficiency in web-based tools, preference for experience in Salesforce CRM, Pardot and the Google Suite ● Bachelor’s degree required, focus in marketing or business preferred
